February Update + Pallet Shipping

Hey backers!
We’re nearing the end of this journey!
For the past month, we’ve been focusing on wrapping up and resolving rewards errors or inquiries for non-pallet shipments as well as getting the pallets to Europe/UK and Australia/New Zealand coordinated and shipped. They areontheir way out the door!
The pallets are being freight shipped and we expect the pallet going to the UK/EU to arrive in roughly two weeks from pick up, while the Australia/New Zealand pallet is expected to take closer to a month and a half. Upon their arrival, we expect packages to go out swiftly!

January Fulfillment + Pallet Update

Hey backers!
Happy new year! Here is your very first update for 2023.
The focus in the past month has been getting the remaining packages from our warehouse and arranging the pallets for the UK/EU and AU/NZ. Due to some bad weather and illness spreading, in general we’ve been working with a smaller than ideal staff which has slowed us down a bit. Read on for the update!
Fulfillment from our warehouse
There are a few stragglers left that need to ship from our warehouse. Most of these have already been packed and simply need labels, and we anticipate them to be shipped out within the week.
Pallet Fulfillment
Pallets are being built to be shipped to their respective international distribution centers. Unless something has gone terribly wrong, we should be confirming in the next update that the pallets are in transit and have an estimate for you on their expected arrival. Once the pallets arrive at their fulfillment locations, processing and shipping should happen quickly as we’re partnered with much larger distribution centers.
We’re in the final stretches of this campaign and we know how eager you are to have rewards in hand to close the chapter on this project. The warehouse team is working as quickly as they can to make this happen for all of us!

November Update + Fulfillment Progress

Hey backers!
We’ve had a pretty busy month since the last update! The team has been hard at work fulfilling rewards–we’ve seen a bunch of you share they’ve arrived and we’re so excited to see them in your hands at long last!
Read on for more details about the fulfillment progress.
Fulfillment Update
To date, the team has shipped roughly 6700 packages, with only 2500 left to go (72% complete) of non-pallet orders.
With our current rate, we believe we’ll have the rest of the non-pallet shipments out within the next two and a half weeks.
Pallet Shipping Update
There are roughly 2000 packages that will be shipped on the pallet. It will ship out mid-December to the fulfillment centres and we expect it to arrive towards the end of January, with fulfillment taking place in February.
We will update details as we get closer!

We are SO excited to share that the first shipment of the tarot decks have arrived at our warehouse! What an incredible way to start our Thursday!
7 pallets arrived in today's shipment!
What does your future hold? The arrival of your shiny new animated deck!
Box sets!
Decks AND box sets!
What to expect for remaining fulfillment?
The warehouse team will spend the next few days breaking down the pallets and processing the decks to prepare them for shipment. We expect the first packages to ship out towards the end of next week!
Because the second tarot shipment (which includes the deck storage boxes!) won’t be far behind this one and since we are arranging to airship the Spellshaping books to us, barring any unexpected delays in receiving the last two products, we expect that we’ll have all rewards in warehouse and available to ship around the end of the month.

October Update, Tarot Decks in Montreal + Spellshaping Preview!

We have some movement on all fronts this month, so check it out!
Rewards Progress
Tarot Decks – Shipment #1 has already arrived in Montreal! There is one leg of the journey left where they will travel by truck to our warehouse. We’re so close.
Shipment #2 has been discharged from the boat! Our shipping partners will arrange transport by rail to Montreal like the previous shipment.
Deck Storage Boxes – These are included with the tarot decks in Shipment #2.
Spellshaping – The sample has arrived and looks great! The books have been bound and we’re arranging shipment to us from the printers. We don’t have a timeline for you just yet on this front, but we’re nearing the home stretch!
