Wow! The support from all of you has been unreal and we’d never thought we’d reach 500k in a little over a week. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to show off what else we have in store for you for the remainder of the campaign!

The first exclusive has been announced! JoCat from the popular Youtube series A Crap Guide to D&D has made one of his favorite spells FIREBALL. This card will be included with every physical reward tier, if you're getting a package in the mail, you're getting one of these babies. (Also included in the pdfs/gifs)
What did you unlock? Spellshaping: The Art of Animated Spells!
Spellshaping: The Art of Animated Spells is now available as an add-on! Simply add $35 to your pledge(or use the new pledge tier for $40 for those who just want the book) to get this awesome book featuring the art from the cards (with art from the Things and tarot decks as well!) and the animation process (including a breakdown of frames from your favorite spells, work-in-progress sketches and final images!).
A PDF of the book will be included for all tiers!

It's still pretty early for us to show what we're building here but we can announce the following:

The amazing trio of animators from the first batch of Humblewood spells has returned with some amazing new pieces. Take a look!

What did you unlock? Spell Slots!
We announced our in-development spell slots project in our last update! We’ve designed class-specific tabs for you to slip in the acrylic board to keep track of the slots you have left as you cast your spells!
These will be available as an add on, but we're still working on some of the designs and will details these in full before the end of the campaign!

Interested in the animation process for our animated decks? Just love the art? Once we hit the 500k milestone, you’ll be able to add-on The Deck of Many’s animated series artbook to your pledge level!
The artbook will showcase our artists, art from the cards, and the process from our decks in the animated series including a breakdown of the frames from your favorite spells, work-in-progress sketches, and final images. Includes art from the Things and Tarot deck as well!
MSRP $50, will be available as a pledge for $40, and as an add on for $35. PDF of the book will be included in all tiers!
With 2 new expansions to the Dungeon Craft library, 1985 Games hopes to offer more tools for any Dungeon Master, Game Master, or player looking to build a more engaging battle map. Spend less time drawing your world and more time playing in it. Simply cut out the desired pieces, place them on your map and you’re ready to go!

What did you unlock? Animated Townsfolk!
A whole deck of animated townsfolk are now available as an add-on! Simply add $25 to your pledge for these unique characters and their stories!
New Stretch Goal? Spell Slots!
Keep track of your spell slots with our new Spell Slots system!
Slip the unique spell tabs pegs into our acrylic board as you cast and use up your spell slots! So far we've designed a series of class-specific tabs and we're working on more designs that will be available and will showcase them all in a future update!

Above is a rough layout of what we're thinking, the board will be 15cmx15cm (5.9"x5.9").
The white highlighted spots are to track the number of spell slots of each level you have each day, and the extra spots can be used to track casting of spells that don't use your daily spell slots.
The fifteen extra spots can be used to track sorcery points, or store spell slot pegs you haven't cast yet.

What did you unlock? New Humblewood Spells!
30 brand new Humblewood spells are coming your way! The deck is now available as an add-on, and a digital copy will be made available to all backers from our Humblewood Kickstarter!
Here’s a preview of some of the new spells and wip animations:

Entomb
3rd-level transmutation
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 90 feet
Components: V, S, M (a handful of wet mud)
Duration: Concentration (up to 1 minute)
Choose one creature you can see within range. The ground beneath the target softens to a mud-like consistency and tries to pull them under. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw, or be sucked into the ground and buried up to their neck. A creature that fails their saving throw is restrained and takes 1d8 bludgeoning damage at the start of their turn as the terrain begins to slowly crush them. A restrained creature can attempt a new saving throw at the end of their turn, ending the effect on a success.
This spell has no effect on a flying or levitating creature.

Aether Figment
1st-level conjuration (ritual)
Casting Time: 10 minutes
Range: Touch
Components: V, S, M (an arcane focus or magical object worth at least 10 gp)
Duration: Instantaneous
You call forth the essence of an arcane focus or magical item in your possession to conjure a corporeal figment made from its magical energy. The figment uses the stats of a CR 0 creature of your choice (chosen the first time you cast this spell) but is pale and ghostly. It has the construct type instead of the type provided by its stats. The object used to create the figment serves as its core, and the figment gains access to any traits or properties possessed by the item. It has an Intelligence score of 10, and can speak any languages you know.
The figment is sentient and obeys your commands to the best of its ability. As an action, you can command the figment to return to being an item or to turn back into a creature. While in its item form the figment can still see, hear as normal, and can communicate with you telepathically. When the figment is reduced to 0 hit points, it makes a death saving throw. On a failure, the item it was created from is destroyed.
You can only have one aether figment or familiar at a time. If you cast this spell on another magical item while you already have a familiar or another aether figment summoned, you must choose which one to keep.
