We’re getting closer to releasing the new spells! We’re waiting on a few final animations but we anticipate making them available very soon! Like the digital rewards that have already been released, you’ll be able to find them through your BackerKit account under “Digital Downloads.”
Dark Matter is a rip-roaring futuristic campaign setting set against a mashup of sci-fi and fantasy influences, which lets you play DnD in Space without learning a new system.

Digital Content Update/Timeline
As most of you have noticed the first batch of PDFs and GIFs we're released! The first batch included all currently existing decks Spells Levels 0-5, and The Deck of Many Things!
As we finish off animated all the new cards we'll be pushing regular updates here is what our current timeline to push the digital content is looking like.
Tarot Major Arcana: July 10
Spells 6-9: July 31
Conditions, Townsfolk, Humblewood vol 2, Spell Craft: August 31
Tarot Minor Arcana, Illusions: Sept 30
Art Book, Tarot Book: Oct 31
We'll update you all if these timelines shift. In the meantime enjoy the first batch :D
BackerKit Survey Update: Surveys Are Out!

Hey Backers! The Surveys Are Out!
We ask that you complete it as soon as possible so we start to prepare our orders with the production facility. The longer this step takes the longer we have to wait for the product! We’re looking to get 80% of the surveys filled before production starts so we can ensure we have enough for everyone.
You’ve sent the surveys out but I didn’t get it. What do I do?
Double-check what e-mailyou used to back the Kickstarter at the time of your pledge! That’s what gets pulled to BackerKit and where the survey will be sent to.
Check your junk folder! Sometimes the surveys get swept up by spam filters and removed from your primary inbox.
If you still can’t locate the survey and don’t receive it by July 2nd, send a message to support at [email protected] and they’ll look into the issue further.
FYI July 1st is Canada Day and the team is out for the holiday! We'll be a bit slower to respond but we're back on July 2nd :)
Can I upgrade my pledge through the survey?
Absolutely! Right underneath the Get Started button when you launch the survey will be a link labeled switch your pledge level. Click it!
When will my card be charged?
Cards won’t be charged for pledge upgrades or add-ons right away when you complete the survey. We will start charging when we know product is en route to the warehouse. We'll be sure to post updates regarding that.
Digital Content, when should we expect to see it?
Within the next week we'll be posting pdfs and gifs of the current decks, and then as decks are completed we'll post updates regarding those releases!
My delivery address is in the UK, Europe or Australia. Why are there two shipping options? Which should I choose?
We’ve built the survey so we’re able to offer our backers with delivery addresses in the UK, Europe or Australia the option to ship their rewards by courier from our warehouse or to have their rewards included on a pallet that will be sent to a distribution centre and shipped from there during fulfillment. Backers we don’t receive an answer from for this question will be automatically placed on the pallet.
To make this decision, consider how long you’re willing to wait for your rewards and if you’re willing to take on any VATs, import taxes or customs fees.
I don’t mind the wait and would like to save money!

BackerKit Survey Smoke Test and Release Date! (JUNE 30)

Hey backers!
We’re still blown away by the support we received and we’re working diligently to get the survey built and sent out to you. We’re just a few steps away!
What’s left? Smoke test!
We will be sending a smoke test today ensure everything with the surveys goes smoothly. What happens is a small percentage of backers will get their surveys today. The feedback from that test will tell us if there are any errors or issues with the survey that need to be fixed. When it comes back with no errors, we’ll be sending the rest out in batches early next week! Keep an eye on your inbox!

What’s Next?
Kickstarter processes pledges
Kickstarter is going to begin to process payments for this campaign and the process can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. When we get confirmation from them that this step is complete, we’ll send out BackerKit surveys!
BackerKit surveys go out!
Surveys will then be sent out to collect your shipping details along with your pledge and add-ons. You’ll be able to upgrade your pledge or add additional add-ons with the survey as well! This will be open until we start fulfilling but to guarantee your order we suggest filling out the survey as soon as possible.
PDFs/GIFs
We will be sending you the digital files through BackerKit as rewards are completed. We'll be releasing all the previous campaign pdfs upon release of the surveys and then as decks are completed we'll send those your way!
Confused about how the exclusives work? We've got answers!
We’ve had a few questions about how we're handling exclusives so we wanted to clear a couple of things up!
Who gets them? People who are receiving a physical reward will receive a physical exclusive!
How do I choose? You’ll be able to indicate whether you’d like the animated spell cards or the pin through BackerKit surveys!
Howdo I get all of the cards? The animated spell card exclusives come in a pack of four as a single reward! If you pick this option, you’ll receive one copy of each card.
Did you or a friend miss out on backing the campaign? It’s not too late!
We’re accepting late pledges for the decks and add-ons through anispells.com! Everything that's been unlocked (including the bundles and exclusives!) is available for preorder.
